計劃簡介 Project Introduction
這是一個結合 [ Work ] 與 [ Vacation ] 的 Workcation Residency 交換計劃。本計畫提供 30 天駐地（住宿＋工作空間），開放予目前在檳城工作或長期定居的馬來西亞人申請，讓參與者在不同城市與社區之間移動，交換工作環境，拓展創作與專業網絡，並與當地社區交流。 本計畫由 火箭人實驗室、COEX 與 Hin Bus Depot 共同策劃，串聯恆春與檳城，以「一個月駐地」為單位進行交換與合作。
This is a Workation Residency exchange program combining work and vacation. The program offers a 30-day residency (accommodation + workspace) and is open to Malaysians based in Penang. Participants will have the opportunity to move between different cities, experience new working environments, expand creative and professional networks, and engage with local communities. The program is co-organized by Launcher Lab, COEX, and Hin Bus Depot, connecting Hengchun and Penang through month-long exchanges.
