《梁山伯与祝英台》这部1954年由上海电影制片厂制作的电影，是中国第一部彩色戏曲片，也是首部在法国康城影展亮相的中国电影。越剧作为中国第二大戏曲剧种，越剧以其抒情的演唱风格和婉转柔美的曲调而闻名。本片在1950年代风靡一时，不仅在国内广受好评，也在国际上赢得了高度赞誉。
映后卓昌敏也将分享更多有趣的故事（来过的朋友都知道他的准备功课有多“厚”），他也带来了很多珍藏的黑胶唱片和 DVD原装。
COEX is honored to present a special screening of the classic Yue Opera film “The Butterfly Lovers.” This 1954 film, produced by Shanghai Film Studio, is renowned as China’s first color opera film and the first Chinese film to debut at the Cannes Film Festival. As the second-largest opera genre in China, Yue Opera is celebrated for its lyrical singing style and melodious, graceful tunes.
