成龍溼地位於台灣雲林縣，曾是農耕地，經過自然災害和地層下陷轉變成獨特溼地。 因此成龍溼地國際環境藝術節 自十年前起舉辦，透過藝術與環境教育的結合，鼓勵當地社區積極參與環境保護行動。 成龍濕地村與馬來西亞十八丁漁村有相似的景觀： 濕地沼澤林、海平面上升和地層下陷、水患等威脅，如何與水共生共存，如何支持經濟又同時保護環境，是雙方共同探討 的課題， 不要錯過兩位重要的文化推手的對談。
A dialogue that discuss about the transformative journey of wetlands through environmental art action & individual activism, features key speakers Wang Chaomei and Chong Pai Chee, who will share insights from their experiences in Chenglong, Taiwan, and their work in Kuala Sepetang (Look Port Weld), Malaysia.
