包子姐是常出现在 COEX 厨房的伙伴,她擅长泰北料理,更喜欢自我挑战,从10人到100人的私房菜和自助餐,期间也不定期受邀开办料理工作坊。然而这次,她希望回到最简单的食材,却用最费工的料理工序,来实验不同的味觉碰撞,每个月的其中一个周末会来玩-不是-准备给大家。

Baozijie is one of COEX’s most familiar faces. She specializes in Northern Thai cuisine, and together we’ve experimented with everything from intimate 10-person private dining to 100-pax buffets. From time to time, she’s also invited to host spice workshops here at COEX.
泰青咖喱鸡 Thai Green Curry Chicken แกงเขียวหวาน
泰青咖喱鸡—从泰国中部延伸至全国各地甚至海外的泰式绿咖喱。 名字取自主要的食材:青辣椒和香甜的椰浆煮成的汤汁为青绿色。 咖喱味道辛辣以及鲜香甜并带有卡菲尔柠檬和泰罗勒的清新香气,味道层次非常丰富。 绿咖喱是我从小吃到大的家味。
Thai Green Curry Chicken (Gaeng Khiao Wan Gai) — a dish that originated in Central Thailand and spread throughout the country and even overseas. Its name comes from its main ingredients: green chilies and sweet coconut milk that create a beautiful green curry broth.
The curry is spicy, savory, and slightly sweet, with refreshing aromas of kaffir lime and Thai basil. The flavors are rich and multilayered.
