一个文字人怎么变成一个料理人呢?
谈起"椰子屋",有人记一期杂志,有人记一桌好食,两者皆是——陪伴或温暖过一整代人。
创办人 莊若 在杂志停刊后投入餐饮业,沿用「椰子屋」的名字,后来改名为「出乎意料」,也把笔名换之。二十多年里钻研,并将意大利家常料理整理成一套教学方法,在 PJ 和新山亦有开课。而北上槟城的意大利之味,搭上圣诞节的节庆感,将分别在圣诞前后一周于 COEX 开课~
Many people first knew John Rock through Coconut House magazine, which he founded in the 80s. Back then, he handled everything from ideas to editing, shaping each issue from scratch.
Although the magazine has ended, but he has continued this creative discipline through his restaurant, The Italian Job Restaurant Malaysia , where he built a reputation for practical authentic Italian home cooking.
