羅聿綺是名台灣藝術家，以食物與飲食文化作為創作媒材和研究方向，以雕塑、參與式藝術、現地製作等概念，描繪人類慾望、人與外部環境的關係，進行多項餐桌共創計畫以及食物創作工作坊，並在每項創作建立當中的「食物語言」。
近年研究人類取用於自然的傳統工法、飲食與祭祀文化，透過吃食描繪地方的人地關係。目前駐地台灣花東原住民部落與居民共同生活、學習、合作與創作。”
Yu Chi is a Taiwanese artist who works with food and food culture as both creative medium and research focus.A Taiwanese artist who works with food and food culture as both creative medium and research focus. Drawing on concepts of sculpture, participatory art, and site-specific production, her practice maps human desire and the relationship between people and their external environment.
She has initiated numerous co-creation dining projects and food-making workshops, developing a distinct “food language”within each body of work. In recent years, her research has turned toward traditional methods of sourcing from nature, as well as food and ritual culture — using the act of eating to trace the relationship between people and place. She is currently based in indigenous communities in Hualien and Taitung, Taiwan, living, learning, collaborating, and creating alongside local residents.”
恆春 x 檳城 Workation 計畫 Hengchun x Penang Workation Exchange Programme
恆春半島的火箭人實驗室，與馬來西亞檳城的藝文團隊—— Hin Bus Depot 、 COEX 展開兩國交換Workation計畫。
每一次的交換Workation為期30天，在這些日子裡，將在馬來西亞檳城展開遠距工作、品嚐馬來西亞特色小吃、感受最在地的生活，也將有機會透過檳城在地藝文團隊Hin Bus Depot，更深入的與在地朋友互動交流，有著更多『不只是旅行』的深度體驗。
