Everyone looks at things differently.Sometimes when we look with intention, even a familiar things can sparks something new.
Hin Bus Depot is known for its vibrant art community, but the street where it sits, Jalan Gurdwara, also carries decades of stories, communities, and everyday life. Through this workshop, we invite you to join us for a π£ππππππ€π§ππ€π€π π¬ππ‘π to observe and collect small details from the street: signs, textures, sounds, stories, objects, everyday moments, & etc...
After the walk, we will document these findings through π―ππ£π-π’ππ ππ£π.
Zine is one of the most open and accessible ways to record personal observations. It does not require any background or specific skills. You are free to cut, arrange, stick, draw, write, photograph, collage, or explore any format you like. There are no fixed rules on theme, style, or page count, as long as it relates to Jalan Gurdwara.
We feel zine-making fits closely with the theme of βfragmentsβ, and we are excited to read the street through everyoneβs personal zines. The completed zines will become part of theΒ #exhibitionΒ γStreet Fragments: Jalan GurdwaraγΒ #gtf2026
