Following the first edition of this forum held in Kuala Lumpur in July last year, which brought together diverse voices to reflect on the Unity Government’s direction, we now continue this important conversation in the Northern region.
As Malaysia moves further into the Unity Government’s tenure, shaped by aspirations of inclusive development, social justice, and progressive governance, it is crucial to broaden the dialogue beyond the capital and listen to perspectives from across the nation.
This forum aims to provide a safe and open space for citizens, civil society, and community leaders in the Northern region to share their lived experiences, raise concerns, and offer insights on the government’s progress, ongoing challenges, and the way forward. By amplifying voices from the North, we hope to foster a more inclusive national discourse that truly reflects the realities on the ground.
