Romance is a way of living, a pursuit of poetry, imagination, and emotional depth, free from rigid rules. In Taiwan, the idea of Newtro (new & retro) romance blends nostalgia, everyday life, and human warmth into a unique aesthetic, often seen by outsiders as a special cultural charm.
So, what does romance look like in Penang?
During the 30-day workation in Penang, Nelson Lin Yung Te spoke with 100 local residents, listening to their stories, habits, and memories, in search of words that define a romance unique to this island.

恆春半島的火箭人實驗室，與馬來西亞檳城的藝文團隊—— Hin Bus Depot 、 COEX 展開兩國交換Workation計畫。
每一次的交換Workation為期30天，在這些日子裡，將在馬來西亞檳城展開遠距工作、品嚐馬來西亞特色小吃、感受最在地的生活，也將有機會透過檳城在地藝文團隊Hin Bus Depot，更深入的與在地朋友互動交流，有著更多『不只是旅行』的深度體驗。
